WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

     When you purchase jewelry or anything else from our store, we collect personal information you give to us such as your name,  
     address and email address as part of the buying process.

     When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us
     with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

     With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. 
 

YOUR CONSENT

     When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, or place an order, you
     consent to our collecting it and using it for those reasons only.
 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

     We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your express consent unless required to do so by a
     court of law issuing a legal warrant (and it had better be for a good reason).
 

WIX.COM AND OTHER POTENTIAL PROVIDERS

     Our store is hosted on Wix.com, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to
     you. Your data is stored on Wix’s secure servers behind a firewall. They have OUR data, too!

     If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Wix encrypts your credit card data and stores it only as
     long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your information is deleted.
 
     Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and
     merchant. The PCI DSS is an information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments.
     This standard helps to create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. For more

     Other third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own
     privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For
     these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal
     information will be handled by these providers.

    Remember that certain providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a
    transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of
    the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in Canada and your
    transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, personal information you provide to complete the
    transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law.

    Once you leave our store’s website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

    We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
 
    Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

    If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we
    may continue to sell products to you.
